- 4 bags of Blood Meal per order - Each bag weighs 3 pounds - For use on flowers (annuals & perennials), vegetables, trees & shrubs - Most often used in the spring & fall. Can be used throughout the growing season if added nitrogen fertilizer is desired. - For normal feeding put a pound per 100 square feet, for heavy feeding do two pounds per 100 square feet, and for individual plants do ½ tablespoon per plant around the drip line - To apply to product on garden beds you can apply by sprinkling evenly on soil, be sure to water thoroughly.
