What's the drill size for installation on concrete floor?
Use a 12mm drill to drill 2' / 5cm deep holes, then install your ground-mounted hose reel on concrete floor.
Why it's hard to pull the hose when you use this reel in first time?
Because after a long period of transport, the internal water hose may be misaligned. We recommend you to pull all the hose out first and hold hose when it retracts. Then the mechanism will be easier to operate.
How to store hose reel in winter?
We recommend that you store it inside. Please remove the screws on the base, then you can remove the unit from the base.
